WATCH: Oprah Winfrey Takes Scary Tumble On Stage In Middle Of Speech — About Balance

Oprah Winfrey is all about balance.

The former talk show host now travels the country holding seminars for thousands to teach them about how to put their lives in balance, which she calls “wellness.”

But the billionaire lost her own “wellness” on Saturday when she was delivering a speech at one of her seminars, “Oprah’s 2020 Vision: Your Life in Focus.”

“Here’s my definition of what wellness means to me,” Winfrey said as she strolled the stage.

“Wellness to me means all things in balance. And balance doesn’t mean all things are equal or at peace at all times,” she said.

And then she tumbled to the floor in a heap. The crowd gasped as she slammed the microphone on the stage.

The former talk show host recovered quickly. Sitting up, she said, “Wrong shoes!” After resuming her speech, she joked: “It’s nice to be talking about balance and fall.”

She then slipped off her shoes to continue her speech, later changing into another pair of more suitable shoes.

Oprah’s name has been bandied about as a possible Democratic presidential candidate. In 2018, she delivered a fiery speech after being given the Cecil B. DeMille Award for lifetime achievement at the Golden Globes.

“So I want all the girls watching here and now to know that a new day — is — on — the — horizon,” she said, slowing down her delivery for the last four words, her voice rising, her fist punching the air as politicians always do.

“I’d like to thank the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, because we all know that the press is under siege these days. But we also know that it is the insatiable dedication and the absolute truth that keeps us from turning a blind eye to corruption and injustice, to tyrants and victims and secrets and lies. I want to say that I value the press more than ever before as we try to navigate these complicated times, which brings me to this: What I know for sure is that speaking your truth is the most powerful tool we all have. And I’m especially proud and inspired by all the women who have felt strong enough and empowered enough to speak up and share their personal stories,” she said.

“For too long, women have not been heard or believed if they dared to speak their truth to the power of those men. But their time is up. But their time is up. Their time is up!” Winfrey declared.

The next day, NBC News penned a piece headlined: “Oprah inspires in a way that Hillary never could.” Celebrities came out of the woodwork to say they’d support her in 2020

Late last year she declared that she wouldn’t be running, but offered advice for the candidates who are.

“I think a lot of the candidates make the biggest mistake, and certainly this happened in the previous election. There’s a law, natural law, that says, what you give your attention to, expands. So, you should not talk about the other guy, because you only empower your opponents when you talk about them. You should talk about what you are going to do and, as little as possible, not discuss what the other guy’s doing.”
